The origin
It began on a highway, at 2 a.m.
Last December, driving back to my hometown, I passed a family stranded by the roadside in the dead of night — a couple and their two young children, waiting in the dark for help that was slow to come.
In that moment one thing became clear: help on the road should be something you can truly count on — reliable, quick, fair, and there at any hour. Not a favour you hope for, but a service you can trust.
That night GERAZ took shape — a promise of reliable, efficient and affordable roadside assistance, 24/7, wherever the road takes you. Everything else we build exists to make that promise unbreakable.

The execution
A promise is only as good as the thousandth time you keep it.
Rushit saw the why. My work is the how — turning a promise made on a dark highway into something that shows up, on time, every single day.
I live in the operation: building the systems, training the people, setting the standards and then holding the line on them. A strong idea deserves to be delivered exactly as promised — the first time and the thousandth time alike. Earning that consistency, day after day, is where I spend my days.
What keeps me building is belief in the principles GERAZ stands on — trust over shortcuts, quality over speed, relationships over transactions. My job is to make sure they survive contact with the real world, at scale, without ever being watered down.
